CREATIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS

We currently have several creative opportunities for local artists to win money, sell their creations and collaborate with MAC. From graphic design contests to juried art shows, here is a list of all the creative opportunities we're currently offering. 

1.  Mesa Arts Center and IN FLUX would like artists to come to the center this Friday to learn about a   very cool public arts initiative they've organized! Find all of the details here IN FLUX AZ

2. Learn how you can have your creativity put on display at our annual Dia de los Muertos festival here ALTAR CONTEST

3.  The deadline has been extended to have your artwork included in our annual Mesa Arts Festival on Dec. 8 & 9, 2012. Application and deadline information can be found here MESA ARTS FESTIVAL

4.  We're giving $1000 to the graphic designer who creates the coolest poster possible for our annual SPARK! MESA'S FESTIVAL OF CREATIVITY. Find the rules and contest deadlines SPARK! POSTER CONTEST.

6. On October 24 and 25, Mesa Arts Center is hosting a visit by Artspace, America’s leading non-profit real estate developer for the arts community.  Artspace is conducting a pre-feasibility visit focused on downtown Mesa, to determine the need, suitability, and support for a multi-use arts facility for local artists, both visual and performing.
