Listening to Old Crow Medicine Show is a time-traveling experience. OCMS has an old-time quality in their songs and delivery that easily fools the listener into thinking they’re spinning a group from the ’40s or ’50s. Together for nearly 15 years, the band has gone on to tour the world, selling over 800,000 albums, becoming frequent guests on A Prairie Home Companion, and playing renowned festivals like Bonnaroo, Coachella and the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. In April 2011 Old Crow found themselves embarking on the historic Railroad Revival Tour with Mumford and Sons, and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. This tour had the bands riding a vintage train from California to New Orleans, playing shows along the way. In November of 2011 Old Crow's classic single, "Wagon Wheel", received the RIAA's Gold certification for selling over 500,000 copies.
